What areas do you service?

We cover Broward County, Palm Beach County, and Miami-Dade County. If you're not sure whether your city is in our service area, drop your address into the quote form and we'll confirm before booking.

Do I need to provide water or electricity?

Accepted Answer

No. We arrive fully self-contained: water, power, and every product the job needs. All you provide is a parking space. Your driveway, garage, office lot, or street parking all work.

Question 3

Do I need to be home during the detail?

Accepted Answer

Not required. As long as the vehicle is accessible and you've shared key/access details ahead of time, we can complete the service while you're at work or out for the day. We'll send before/after photos when we finish.

What happens if it rains?

We monitor the forecast the morning of every appointment. If South Florida weather threatens the result, we proactively reach out to reschedule at no charge. For interior-only services, light rain doesn't affect the work.

Are you insured?

Yes. Fully insured and licensed. If you'd like to see a copy of our certificate of insurance for your office or apartment building, we're happy to share it on request.

How long does each service take?

Accepted Answer

Express Exterior runs 45 minutes to 1 hour. Express Interior is 1 to 1.5 hours. Full Detail is typically 2 to 3 hours, and Premium Detail can run 3 to 5 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. We confirm the exact window when you book.

Can you handle pet hair, stains, or smoke odor?

Yes. Heavy pet hair, set-in stains, and odor restoration are part of our Premium Detail. If your interior is in rough shape, mention it on the quote form so we can recommend the right package and quote it accurately the first time.

Why do prices vary?

Final pricing is confirmed based on vehicle size, condition, and the specific package you choose. The starting prices on each package reflect a clean sedan; SUVs, trucks, and heavily soiled vehicles run higher. We never tack on surprise fees mid-job. Your quote is firm before we start.

What products do you use?

We use professional-grade, ceramic-safe products matched to each surface. No cheap supermarket cleaners that strip wax or damage trim. If you have specific concerns (matte paint, vinyl wraps, ceramic coatings), let us know up-front and we'll adjust the process.

What's your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. For same-day cancellations after we've started routing to you, we may retain the deposit to cover travel and prep time. Weather-related reschedules are always free.
